[PC-BSD Testing] Beta Test 2 Cyrillic "B" problem

Had that problem while using opera on PCBSD-b1. The solution for me was a
simple change in settings -> fonts. I've changed the Russian (Ukrainian in
your case) main font type. It was Serif and I've chosen Monotype or
something. Problem is in displaying that letter from default font.
