[PC-BSD Testing] Shutdown patch

Kris your patch seems to have introduced a different problem when  
shutting down. Now it will sometimes shut right down and sometimes go  
to the login screen where I have to select shutdown from the menu.  
There appears to be no pattern to which one it does.



