Ian,

This is interesting, the error here looks like a read issue:

Whats going on here is that during the boot, we create a ramdisk and 
mount it to /uzip, then copy the usr.uzip file from CD to /uzip and 
mount it to /usr. It appears you are getting past this part, but then 
later during the bootup, you are getting errors reading from the 
ramdisk. Are we sure these disks are burning properly? I.E. can you take 
this CD and boot it in any other system, and does it always fail with 
the same error?
