[PC-BSD Testing] PCBSD 1.4.1 won't use FR keybord

Hello, 

I'have intalling some computer withe PC-BSD 1.4.1 and i choose fr (France) for 
keyboard and the systeme use us keyboard.

In the same time, how i can change two mistake in the installer :
1) I want the system use the contry that i choose in the date an time format
2) When i choose France, the system give me a incorrect time format : HH:MM:SS 
and the correct format is HH:mm:SS
