ok, looks like that my MP8708 is not compatible with the BIOS upgrade that is made for MP8708 .....

I will see what else I can do.... thank for the info

  Have you already updated your BIOS to the 72.14 rev? Sometimes these weird ACPI things can be fixed by BIOS updates.
