[PC-BSD Testing] PBI launch bug found in PC-BSD 7.0 Beta 1

I just discovered that I was attempting to install PBI's intended for the older vwersion 1._ PC-BSD. When I install those PBI's specific to version 7.0, they install just fine. Problem solved.
