[PC-BSD Testing] Putting this build on bootable RAMDrive

I installed the latest alpha version on an SATA drive connected to a
PATA/SATA to USB converter by coolmax. I can boot from it just fine. You
should make sure that your BIOS supports USB/External boot.

I will try my 16G USB flash drive on the next release. I am using a Sony
Vaio laptop.
