[PC-BSD Testing] Kaffeine plug-in and Skype 1.4 PBI

I haven't tried Skype yet, but the movie trailers play fine in  
Kaffieine on mine. I did a clean install of 1.5 and a pbi upgrade to  
1.5.1...
