[PC-BSD Testing] Update request for Japanese font(japanese/vlgothic)

I tested Sept 19th snapshot. Japanese text with Compiz environment,
TOO SMALL CHARACTER SIZE.  But, solved this problem after
update Japanese font.

Please update to current version of ports/japanese/vlgothic.
(ja-vlgothic-20070731 -> ja-vlgothic-20070915)
