1) Disable sound autodetection in /etc/rc.conf
snddetect_enable="NO"

2) add line:
/boot/loader.conf
snd_emu10k1_load=yes

3) /etc/sysctl.conf
# Enable more sound channels
hw.snd.pcm0.vchans=4
hw.snd.maxautovchans=4

4) reboot...
