[PC-BSD Testing] CD#2 Suggestion

more elaboration to this suggestion
 
1: on the screen where you select extra apps to install, have it state these require CD2 with a popup if possible when an app is selected that needs CD2
 
2: if you are the point of the install where its asking for CD-2 please have a button to "skip cd-2 installs" so you can move on without having to start the install over
