[PC-BSD Testing] CD#2 Suggestion

Hi all,

Hanging around in #pcbsd, I've heard a couple of comments from people testing 
1.4-DEV and the concensus seems to be that we need more warning that CD#2 is 
required if you choose additional packages/ports/source.
