[PC-BSD Support] pcSoftwareManager unreadable after change to zh_CN.UTF-8

Hi Ray -

What is your testing environment? e.g. 8.1, 8.2RC3 or 9.0Beta? 32 or 64bits?
And I thought it should be shown as "zh_CN" but not "zh_CN.UTF-8"?

After my locale is changed to "zh_CN.UTF-8", the texts on
pcSoftwareManager's control are left blank.
Who can help me to resolve this issue under "zh_CN.UTF-8"?
