[PC-BSD Support] pcSoftwareManager unreadable after change to zh_CN.UTF-8

Hello,

After my locale is changed to "zh_CN.UTF-8", the texts on 
pcSoftwareManager's control are left blank.
Who can help me to resolve this issue under "zh_CN.UTF-8"?
