There’s a vacancy for a System Administrator at International Multilateral
Partnership Against Cyber Threats (IMPACT)



Do disseminate this information to those who might be interested. The job
description and requirements are as below.



*Main Job Duties:*



Provide 2nd level support for all IT issues.

Responsible in providing first call resolution through phone, e-mails or
remote access.

Log down all issues into the call logging system.

Escalate the IT issues shall you not been able to resolve the matter.

Follow up on the progress of the issue until closure with customer’s
satisfaction.





*Job Requirements*:



1.      Degree holders in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Science or any
of its equivalents discipline.



2.      Preferably candidates with at least two (2) years call center
environment experience.



3.      Familiar with MS-Win O/S, Wintel Server, Internet, Networking, PC
hardware/software, etc.



4.      Good communications skills (English, Malay and/or Chinese)



5.      Friendly personality with good customer service skills.



6.      A strong team player.



7.      ITIL Knowledge will be additional advantage.



8.      MCSA/ MCSE certified will be additional advantage
