PkgNG is not a good idea for a PBI, since it really should be
integrated into the base system to work fully. Also, if you
uninstall the PBI for PkgNG, you will still be left with a system
completely dependent upon it because it destroys the old pkg options
when you perform the conversion.<br>

As such, this should be left to a system installation, not a PBI.<br>
