[PC-BSD Pbi-dev] Chrome 'settings tab' bug

I just un-approved the latest Chromium PBI after seeing your reports. So 
feel free to revert back to the older version in the AppCafe for the 
time being.
I will try to check for the settings/menu seg faults when I test the 
next chromium PBI version to see if it is fixed before approving it.
