[PC-BSD Pbi-dev] PBI packages: avahi-app, dbus

The PBI_ADDUSER/PBI_ADDGROUP will be great, but I guess we will need PBI_ADDUID, PBI_ADDGID and some way to set home, shell, etc. for that new user. Basically we need some thing like '/usr/ports/UIDs', '/usr/ports/GIDs' files in FreeBSD Port System.
