[PC-BSD Pbi-dev] First PBI - X11/yakuake

In order for yakuake to work on a non-kde desktop, I had to include the
kde4-baseapps port as well (since konsole is required for it to actually
run). That is the reason for the size difference for your locally-built
version (on KDE) with the version which was just released into the AppCafe.
