[PC-BSD Pbi-dev] PBI module for EasyPBI

Please find attached my PBI module for the EasyPBI PBI module builder. 
(We're getting awfully close to a comedy sketch here.) Right now the 
beta version of EasyPBI is in the ports tree, but the source code for 
1.0 is available upstream. Version 1.0 should appear in the ports tree soon.
