[PC-BSD Pbi-dev] Digikam PBI module

Thanks Sam. Though my reasoning was PC-BSD 9 will have alternative
desktop environments. Since I think DigiKam is part of the KDE family of
applications, it seemed like a good idea to package it as a PBI. This
way when 9 comes out Digikam will be available to people using Gnome or
Xfce.

Hi Jesse,

Digikam comes with PC-BSD by default (IIRC it's under
Application/Graphics/) and hence you shouldn't have spent your
precious effort on re-inventing this wheel. ;)
