I think the easy way to bypass the LICENSE agreement is by putting this
setting into the MAKEOPTS variable:
As for legality, I don't believe there is an issue, especially when you
include the license text in the file overlay-dir/LICENSE
This will force the user to actually accept the license during install
time, so we should still be complying with the license requirements.
