[PC-BSD Pbi-dev] thunderbird and time issue solved

Together with Kris Help we figured out a way to fix the 24h issue in thunderbird and the error when stating TB

 - open konsole
 - su

let's change thunderbird start up 
 - cd /Programs/Thunderbird*/.sbin
 - ee thunderbird
 - comment out the line that starts with LANG=`grep
 - create a new line and type:
 - LANG="en_US.UTF-8"; export LANG
 - (change en_US.UTF-8 with your language)
 
and now let's change the locale en_US.UTF-8
 - cd /usr/share/locale/en_US-UTF-8
 - ee LC_TIME
 - change line 39 from
    %H:%M:%S
            to
    %I:%M:%S %p

save and open thunderbird.
