Thanks Loader! It looks like a bug in the pbi-builder :( I'll take a look into this and correct
it today hopefully. I need to improve that anyway, so that it keeps the library path intact, for
example:

cp /Programs/Tor0.2.1.16-rc/lib/qt4/libQtCore.so.4.4.3 -> /pbi/autolibs/qt4/libQtCore.so.4.4.3
