[PC-BSD Pbi-dev] OpenOffice in different languages IS IMPORTANT

I'll take a look at this shortly. The build server is making PBIs of OO 3.1.0 right now, which fixes the 
bug when trying to add extensions. I should be able to come up with a i18n package after thats done :)
