Do you think this is a problem with the PBI, or the aTunes program
itself? I've tried it here on two systems, and it seems to save my media
library, and I can browse my tracks plus play them. I've only got a few
hundred though.
Maybe try removing your .aTunes/ folder so that it re-creates it fresh?
