[PC-BSD Pbi-dev] Using <Start Dialog> in Setup

Is it possible to use the <Start Dialog>...<End Dialog> tags in 
PBI.SetupScript.sh?  My tests seem to indicate this only works in 
FirstRun, and I should probably be using kdialog directly in the other 
scripts.  Is this correct?  Thanks.
