Marcel,

Kompozer is rebuilding right now. I've change the KMenu structure so 
that we have a new link to "Download Extensions" which points the user 
to the localization files, which also have instructions on how to load 
them. I would rather do that, than including the .xpi files themselves, 
since they may change rather often, and we can't automatically grab them 
from the website.

I think that'll be the best we can do with this app, until they fix some 
bugs so we can load or provide the lang packs with the PBI.
