[PC-BSD Pbi-dev] PBI creation scripts

Some of you guys are doing an excellent job creating PBI's, but just in case
you're not aware, once you've created a PBI, say lighttpd, it's fairly easy
to create a PBI of every new version of lighttpd that comes out by using
automated scripts.
