Marcel,

Kompozer will rebuild in about 12 hours here. I was able to have it ask 
about removing any user profiles for you now.

As for the i18n support, it looks like Kompozer doesn't work the same 
way as other programs. The language files are not apart of the port, 
rather they are optional extensions you have to download from their website:

http://www.kompozer.net/l10n/

Thats rather a pain, but aside from that, it seems to work fine here. 
Can you re-test it tomorrow, and if it works I'll get it uploaded.
