Here's what I've done with Inkscape. I fixed the missing taskbar icon, 
it shows up properly now.

I've also removed the mime entry, since I did some looking and found 
that KDE defaults to opening SVG files internally. Thats also why the 
icon doesn't show up for .svg files, KDE actually displays the graphic 
itself. If the user wants to default to .svg opening with inkscape, then 
can right-click and use "Open With..."

The PBI is being rebuilt right now and should be done in an hour or two.
