[Pbi-bugs] Circular symlink again

I reported this problem before and thought it was fixed but it's back.

I'm seeing that circular symlinking in PBI Program directories.  Just noticed it in all of the PBIs I just downloaded, including Kompozer, Krusader, Bluefish, PG Calc, et al.
