[Pbi-bugs] Kbackup incorrect target size

I installed a 1TB USB drive for backups but Kbackup reports the size of the drive incorrectly as 4GB.  So trying to backup data resulted in an error: medium full.

The latest update for Konqueror also has this problem but it overestimates sizes.

Kinfocenter correctly notes the drive size.

Not sure if these are KDE errors or not.
