It's a known issue in the updater for 9.0. It doesn't handle it when
packages / ports are manually changed and updated. The good news is
that this is fixed in 9.1, so it'll only prompt to update packages
that haven't been changed by the user. (Or really are out of date)<br>

In the next few weeks I'm going to roll large system update with
almost all the pkg-updates in the past several months. That will get
rid of this error :)<br>
