[PC-BSD Dev] de-info changes

Just commited improvments for de-info script:

* Much more faster displaying current desktop environment ("without -a or
-i flags)
* *.profile files changed (added functions active() and installed() for
separate checks
* added DE related terminal application and file manager info
* added -terminal and -fileman flags to display terminal or file manager
related to current DE

So we can add very simple "run in terminal" and "open in file manager"
scripts!
Just seems like:
de-info -terminal | replace "%s" "$OUR_COMMAND"
or
de-info -fileman | replace "%s" "$DESTDIR"

Please check script and profile files!
