[PC-BSD Dev] about application

Hello

What about very simple "about" application like this (it's sketch only):

(I'm inspired today by OSX, of course)
In any case we will get easily accessible place to get system version for
end user (item to control panel will be added))

I can add this 'about-gui' and very simple console 'about' scrip with same
info. What do you think?
