[PC-BSD Dev] back button on the installer

Hi all,
I see that in the 9 SysInstaller presente the back button enabled even in
the first step, and it does nothing. In the case this has not been fixed the
following should remove this behavior that can confuse new users. I know
this is a bit trivial, and maybe it has been solved in ongoing 9.1, in such
case please ignore my mail.
