[PC-BSD Dev] LXDE - Printing issues

I am not sure if anyone else had this issue but when trying to print 
from chrome or Thunderbird using LXDE only the first page prints.
If I print to file (PDF) and then print from the PDF file (okular) it 
works without a problem.

I have tried different printers, different drivers, LPT1 as well as 
network printers, and always get the same result, first page prints and 
the rest dies.
