[PC-BSD Dev] Some pc-softmanager changes

Hello

I've maded some changes to pc-softwaremanager app. I add pbi info bar (see
images at:

I plan to finish debug in few days. Please review my code (it was quick
changes so may be ugly somewere) and if you like it I'll commit it into
pcbsd repo.
