[PC-BSD Dev] More broken icons and also some IBus issues

Just realised that there are quite a few broken icons in IBus in 8.1 (i386):

1. In the first snapshot, there is a question mark icon which
presumably should be an icon for IBus.
2. In the second snapshot, the icons for "Pinyin" and "Bopomofo" for
Chinese are denoted with broken icons.
3. In the third snapshot (Chinese_boshiamyt) are quite a few broken
icons and without any description.
4. In the third snapshot (Japanese - Anthy) there is another broken
icon without any description.

Also realised is that "Chinese-Chewing" is actually not working. Once
switched to "Chinese-chewing" IBus just jumps back to its default mode
i.e. English without any error message.

Also unexpectedly noticed is that the IBus is outdated - in this
system is 1.3.3 whereas on freebsd ports tree the current version is
1.3.8 [http://www.freshports.org/textproc/ibus/]. Does not PCBSD
system updater update IBus components?

Regards,
Sam
