[PC-BSD Dev] 1.5 Branched

Hey guys,

I branched out 1.5 today. This means that trunk is once more open for new 
features and language changes :)

Please ensure that any bug fixes you make in trunk get ported over to 
branches/1.5 and branches/1.4 is applicable, but nothing else.
