[PC-BSD Dev] Sound card detection ready for tests

Greetings :

i think sound card detection is ready to take some tests ,  any willing to
test and  measure time ?

the xml file needed is also here.

the xml file is the same in both directories if there is no bugs in the app
according to the testing ill erase the xml file from pcbsd/trunk/SoundDetect
and leave the  system-overlay/PCBSD/soundDetect as intended .
