[PC-BSD Dev] CodeFreeze

We have entered CodeFreeze this morning for PC-BSD 7. I have already 
finished updating the translations in the Pootle database for our 
translators to start working on. Please do not commit any GUI changes 
which effect the text of translations, or any new sweeping features at 
this point.

Of course, bugfixes are still welcome, and this code freeze does not 
effect the PBI modules.
