[PC-BSD Dev] 1.4 branched

Hey guys,

The 1.4 release has now been branched, you can find it in pcbsd/branches/1.4

This branch is for bugfixes only, and code committed here will make it into 
future 1.4.x releases.

Trunk has been thawed, and you're once more free to commit new features, and 
change strings. Code committed to trunk will make it into future 1.x and 2.x 
releases.

If you fix a bug that affects the 1.4 release, don't forget to make the change 
to both the branch *and* trunk.
