[PC-BSD Announce] PBI Builder 2.2 Available

Version 2.2 of the PBI Builder software has been released! This version 
greatly improves the reliability of building PBI files from a target 
application in the FreeBSD ports tree. This version has also been made 
easier to perform the initial setup, and port updating has been improved 
by using portsnap automatically.
